Any order can be collected from one of our stores. Your order will be available at the Bude store within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of your order. Orders from other branches please allow 48 Hours to be available for collection, if this should not be the case a member of staff will contact you with the time frame available. Please use the Click & Collect option when placing your order online.
Please ensure that you bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. This can either be the order confirmation email or order complete page.

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Your order will normally be dispatched the next day by courier or parcel post. Delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days (UK Mainland only please allow an extra 2 days for non mainland locations)
  • Orders will be dispatched the same day as your order and will arrive with you by 17:30 the next day (Via DHL)
  • ORDERS PLACED MONDAY-THURSDAY BEFORE 14:30PM ONLY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

When your goods are dispatched you will receive an email notification to the email address you provide when ordering.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international deliveries are based on the weight of the item purchased. Please use the checkout pre procedure to estimate the cost of delivery for your order.

Returns Policy (Online Orders)
We do hope you that you enjoy all the products you order from Wroes but if you would like to return your item(s) for any reason please see the details below:
Returns:-
  • If you wish to return your item(s) they must be returned within 30 Days of receipt of your order.
  • All items must be in perfect unused condition with any packaging and labelling intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
  • Send your goods to us at the address below. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged. We also recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot credit any items that we do not receive or which are damaged in transit.

  • Should you wish you can return item(s) to one of our stores. Please provide a copy of your order invoice when returning Instore, if you do not have a copy of this invoice our staff will be unable to refund the order.
  • Certain types of product such as:

    pierced earrings;

    cosmetics/fragrances;

    hats;

    hair accessories;

    quilts;

    duvets;

    pillows;

    underwear and shapewear ;

    control wear;

    hosiery; and

    swimwear 

    Are excluded except when returned in sealed packaging (unopened) or with all labels and hygiene strips intact & unremoved, unless faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges:-
  • Should you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style we will be happy to arrange that for you. If the exchange results in a extra payment we will contact you to retake this information as Wroes does not hold payment details. This may result in extra delivery cost unless an item has been mis-supplied. Please contact us by telephone at 01288 353 789 or email us at enquiries@wroes.co.uk should you need more information.

Manufacturers Warranty:-

  • Some of the products supplied by Wroes are covered by a manufacturers warranty should you think that the item you have purchased is covered by a warranty or you require more information please contact us at 01288 353 789 or email us at enquiries@wroes.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Faulty:-
  • Should any item you have ordered with Wroes be faulty please do contact us at 01288 353 789 or email us at enquiries@wroes.co.uk (quoting your name and order number). We will do our best to have the item(s) replaced as soon as possible. Should you wish to return the item(s) for a full refund please follow the details below:-
