Welcome to the help & support section of our website. This page describes how to use our online store, including adding products to your basket and entering your details during the checkout process. Select a topic from the list below for information.

1. Adding products to your basket

To add an item to your shopping basket, locate your product using the departments, brands, or search facility. The product page shows the items available and prices (with any options such as colour or size). The screenshot below shows a product with multiple items and options.

Product Items/Options

Select the desired item and option from the list and click the 'Add' button to add the item to your shopping basket. By default the quantity will be 1, however, you can change this from the shopping basket page. You will automatically be taken to your shopping basket page where you can either continue shopping, update/remove quantities, or purchase items.

2. Removing and updating products in your basket

You can view your shopping basket by click the 'View Basket' link in the top right corner of the page. To remove an item from your shopping basket select '0' from the quantities menu, otherwise, select your desired quantity to update the quantity. When you change the quantity in the menu the page will automatically update. If this does not happen, click the 'Update Quantities' button.

3. Placing an order online

When you are ready to purchase your shopping basket choose your delivery method from the list provided. When you update the delivery method the page will automatically update. If this does not happen, click the 'Change Delivery' button. The total order value is shown to the right.

To continue to place an order click the green 'Continue >>' button to start entering your customer details. The first step requires personal details, delivery address, reward card, and promotional codes.

Checkout Page

Personal Details
You are required to enter your title, first name, surname, and email address. You can optionally enter a contact telephone number which will only be used to contact you regarding your order. Please ensure your email address is correct as this will be used to send your order confirmation and dispatch notification.

Delivery/Customer Address
Please enter your full address including post code.

Reward Card
If you're a Wroes Reward Card holder enter your card number here. Enter the 8 digits after the 878200.

Promotional Code
If you have a promotional code enter your code here. Please note that promotional codes expire and may have a minimum spend level.

Once you have entered your details click the green 'Continue >>' button. If you have not completed all fields correctly you will be alerted with an error message describing the invalid fields. You will then be asked to confirm your details and shopping basket prior to entering your payment information. If you wish to change any of your order details click the 'Change' links next to the appropriate section.

When changing your details please ensure that you click the green 'Continue >>' buttons at all times and not use the browser Back/Forward buttons.

You must agree to the terms & conditions, privacy policy, and delivery & returns policy before continuing to enter your payment information. Click the green 'Continue >>' button to enter your payment details.

4. Entering payment details

Payment details are entered on our secure payment providers' website. Once you have successfully entered your payment details you are automatically transferred back to the Wroes website where you will receive your order confirmation. Learn more on payment information.

5. Product notifications for out of stock items

If a product is out of stock you can enter your email address to receive an alert when the item is back in stock. On the product page, below the image and product items will be a section containing any out of stock items. This section is shown below and does not display if all items are in stock.

If you would like to be notified when the product stock levels are updated enter your email address in the field provided and click the 'Notify Me' button. You will only be notified once so if you would like to remain on the notification list for a particular product you must enter you email address again.

6. Sending products to a friend

If you'd like to send details on a particular product to a friend, click the 'Email to a Friend' link on the product page. A window will open (see below) where you must enter your name and email address, and the email address of your friend and click the 'Send to Friend' button. Your friend will receive an email from Wroes Ltd. with information (including link to the product page) about the product.
